The first time a business shares with your team, your inbox is created automatically. Nobody has to sign up first.
Structured data, not attachments

Hashed and versioned
Every file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint on upload. Re-uploads create a new version — nothing is ever overwritten.
Append-only history
Uploads, edits, shares and views are written to a log that cannot be edited, including internal access by our own team.

There is no default bundle. Each share carries only the documents and fields you picked for that requester.
Kybex does not verify your data. Institutions run their own review exactly as they do today — Kybex removes the redundant re-submission, not the review.
