Why Kybex

You have already proved who you are. Twice.

Opening a third corporate account should not mean sending the same certificate of incorporation a third time. Kybex makes the file portable, so the business assembles it once and reuses it everywhere the same questions get asked.

What it costs today

Every time

The same pack, again

Certificate of incorporation, memorandum, tax certificate, directors' IDs, proof of address, board resolution. Each bank. Each insurer. Each landlord, procurement portal and marketplace. Nothing about the business changed between them.

Days lost

Waiting on a resend

The pack goes over email or chat, someone re-signs a form, a page is missing, it goes again. The delay is rarely the review itself. It is the collecting — and the business is the one doing it, every time.

Everyone rebuilds it

No shared source to point at

There is no single place any requester can check a company end to end, so each one has built its own collection process. The business pays for all of them, one upload at a time.

What Kybex does not do

Kybex does not verify your business. Your bank still does.

We are deliberate about this. Kybex does not check a company against a registry, and it does not tell an institution that your documents are genuine. Every requester keeps running its own review exactly as it does today.

What Kybex can say is narrow, and true: this exact file, from this business, unaltered since this date. Every document is hashed on upload and versioned on re-upload, and every action — upload, edit, share, view, and our own support access — is written to an append-only log that is hash-linked, so a missing or altered entry is detectable.

We remove the re-submission. Not the review.

How it works

01

Build the file once

Structured company data, registered and operating addresses, directors, beneficial owners and people with significant control, and the documents behind them. Upload a file and Kybex reads it into the right fields for you to check.

02

Confirm what is true

Nothing is presented as confirmed until you have checked it against its source. Edit a confirmed value and it drops back to unconfirmed until you confirm it again. An institution can always see which is which.

03

Share exactly what is asked for

Pick the fields, people and documents this requester needs — not the whole vault. They open a link or your widget, with no Kybex account and no login.

04

Keep control after sending

Every share is tracked: sent, viewed, accepted, needs update. Set an expiry, or revoke it. Revoking stops access to the documents immediately, not just the link.

Who asks for this pack

Financial services asks most often, but it is not the only place a business is told to prove itself from scratch.

Banks, fintechs and payment providers

Corporate accounts, merchant onboarding, lending applications. The same pack, at every institution the business works with.

Insurers and brokers

Cover for a company asks for registration, directors and financials — again at renewal, and again if the broker changes.

Landlords and leasing

Commercial leases and equipment finance want proof the company exists, who runs it, and that it is good for the payments.

Procurement and vendor onboarding

Becoming an approved supplier means a compliance pack per buyer, often re-submitted annually for the same buyer.

Marketplaces and platforms

Seller and partner verification asks for the same registration documents before a business can transact.

Grants, tenders and funding

Applications ask for incorporation, tax standing and beneficial ownership, usually with a deadline attached.

For the business

  • Assemble the pack once instead of for every new relationship.
  • Expiry dates recorded against every time-bound document, with renewal reminders coming.
  • One place to see who you sent what, and what they did with it.
  • Share a subset. A landlord does not need your full director register.

For the institution

  • Structured fields you can read, not a folder of attachments.
  • A director's attestation, recorded against a hash of exactly what they attested — so you can see if anything moved since.
  • An inbox created the first time a business shares with you — no signup step.
  • Pull it into your own systems with an API key and a webhook.
  • Embed the Connect Widget in your onboarding flow and skip the collection.

Build your file once.

Free to start. Your documents stay yours, and you decide who sees them.
